When you order at “MY AGRICULTURE”, it provides 100% genuine products and takes utmost care of the customer’s requirements for the same, and releases the exact product in excellent condition. However, at the time of receiving the product, if it is found defective or not in the same condition as per its specifications provided or not delivered the same as per your order placed, then you have the right to return the items.

 

What is the cancellation guiding principle?

“MY AGRICULTURE” makes sure that the accurate product is delivered in the exact location. In case you have found the received product is not the same one you ordered, then you can ask for a refund or replacement of the same.

 

Our Cancellation Policy provides you the opportunity to get refund value for the product in a maximum of 7 working days.  All these replacements and refunds will be agreed to give the customers only after the product reaches back to “MY AGRICULTURE”’s warehouse. Even, we will refund the complete amount of the order in case the ordered item is not delivered to your location.

 

How can you cancel your order?

At “MY AGRICULTURE”, an order once booked is delivered by default. But in case you feel the product needs to cancellation, then you may raise a cancellation request through logging in to your account on “MY AGRICULTURE” and until and unless your product is not dispatched. Further, the customer should provide their bank details to complete the refund process.

 

It’s important that cancellation is not acceptable if the order has already been dispatched from “MY AGRICULTURE”. Once you request for cancellation of the particular product, “MY AGRICULTURE” will ask to wait for the same to be received by “MY AGRICULTURE”, and if the selected item along with the packaging gets complete, then it will initiate a refund amount. As soon as a refund initiates, you will be notified with an email and a message saying that your amount is refunded.

 

 

What are the guidelines for the Return Policy?    

There are certain guidelines that “MY AGRICULTURE” conforms to when it comes to returning policy of any product:

a)      Items must be unused or uninstalled when returned and with original packing, tags, invoices, and bills.

 

b)      You may place a request either for replacement or refund from “MY AGRICULTURE” if the wrong product is delivered to you.

 

c)       Replacements for the exact product notified by you are only available with us; exchange facility not feasible with other items.

 

d)      The products must be received by “MY AGRICULTURE” within 7 days from the day of delivery, no returns will be accepted after this time period.

 

e)      You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.

 

f)       Returns are not acceptable if anything, missing from the package, or the product is nonexistent in the exact condition when delivered.

 

Shipping Policy

All products ordered through the “MY AGRICULTURE” website are typically shipped within 2-3 working days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer care for verification. We generally deliver products within 5-6 days of order received but be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur beyond our control.

 

Refund Policy

All returned products are inspected as per our guidelines and generally take 2-3 working days for getting inspected. Refunds at “MY AGRICULTURE” are initiated within 48 hours from the time of successful inspection and only if the product is found to be in a usable condition. Receipt of the refund would be by bank transfer and the customer provide the bank details to refund the same.
